Keeping in Touch – March 2024

Client Newsletter

Welcome back.

We have enjoyed many warm summer nights with BBQ’s and meals outside, may they continue!

2024, a new year and new challenges. We love challenges!

Did you double check your insurance protection plan in 2023? Is it still relevant to your current needs? Have you increased your income protection insurance as your income has increased? Will your income protection insurance be enough, in the event of a major illness and you being unable to work? Have your children left home, or have you decreased your mortgage? Maybe you don’t need the high levels of life cover, that you needed when your children were young?

We are here to assist, If you originally set up your insurance policy through Jones Insurance, Jones Insurance receives a “renewal” payment from the insurance company, so that we are able to keep up to date with your insurance information and help in the event of life, trauma and income claims and complete reviews with no fees.

There is no charge for our review or claim service.

If you would like to book an insurance review, please email Jayne at info@jonesinsurance.co.nz to set up a time that suits you to chat to me.

A 10 minute a month, 2024 challenge

One thing we have noticed is people don’t always check their bank accounts on a regular basis, with all the scams that are about now, it is even more important to keep an eye on your bank accounts and payments. A quick look each month will ensure you see where your $ are going and help you have control of your finances. Plus see if there are not enough funds in the account to pay upcoming bills. I challenge you to complete a quick check monthly if you don’t already!

Thank you so much for trusting me and Jones Insurance to continue looking after your personal insurance plan – please do keep in touch.

All the best wishes for a fun, successful 2024, may it be your best year to date!

What is Trauma Cover?

Trauma Cover provides a lump sum payment should you suffer a predetermined health condition. The covered conditions are by nature serious and potentially life threatening and, as a result, can have a significant financial impact. Trauma Cover is designed to help alleviate the financial impact. The lump sum can help to purchase specialised equipment, pay for home modifications, provided additional care, or reduce debt.
